trainer Ran Nyman
People with little experience with Scrum will walk out with solid foundation for further learning. People with prior experience will get a great chance to reflect on their use of Scrum and Agile, and will add nuances to their understanding.
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
The agenda for the class is:
Agile thinking
Scrum -framework
Scrum roles
The Scrum Master role
Planning and managing an agile project
Defining and managing requirements in practice
Estimating effort
Planning a Sprint
Working during Sprint
Sprint Review
Teamwork
Sprint Retrospective
Organizational impacts
Scaling Scrum
For experienced people, it will provide an opportunity to peek deeper into the foundations of Agile and fine-tune understanding of the framework. Even very experienced people will walk out of the class with new insights and reflections. The course is also great for networking with people who are interested in Agile or are already using it.
